WHO IS A WEDDING PLANNER?
This is your personal assistant during the preparation for the wedding. Its functions include the recommendations of vendors, assistance to develop the style of the wedding, selections of venues, optimization of the wedding budget and time schedule of the wedding day, control of all vendors during the event. In addition, the planner’s team includes wedding coordinators who are responsible for technical functions on the site at the time of the wedding, like seating plan and guest assistance.

In the process of wedding planning you receive complete information for every stage, the necessary reports, and data. You are going to receive the final report, detailed time schedule, and the program of the day a month before the wedding date. No worries!

Your duty is just to inform me about your preferences and bring up your vision of the perfect wedding. I’ll do the rest: from selecting the venue and supervision vendors to translating the documents and arranging all the bureaucratic hoops.

Documentation Support
The most complicated part of any event includes a legal confirmation, no matter if you are an EU citizen or not.
Every case is different, so we need to discuss your own list of documents, but please pay attention what you will most likely need:
♦ Apostille stamp: This stamp confirms the validity of your documents for international use.
♦ Translation of all the docs at the Greek embassy or your Greek consulate.
♦ Please make sure that all the papers are sent to me at least a month before the wedding (the earlier the better).
♦ Once you come to Greece for the wedding, you must bring all the docs originals with you.
♦ Plan your wedding so you can stay some working days after the wedding to sign the marriage certificate, which will be sent to your home address.
One Day Coordination
Day coordination is the most popular service at any wedding. The special day must flow without a hitch. And, what is more important, without your control? Your only responsibility during the wedding day must be saying “yes” at the right time. The rest I will take care of:
♦ Checking vendor set up of ceremony and reception space
♦ Complete wedding day orchestrating including setup/breakdown
♦ Will be a mediator for all vendors (filter questions, approve deliveries, timeline, troubleshoot,)
♦ Set up personal decor, such as card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, place cards, table numbers, seating chart, etc
♦ Assist couple and wedding party as needed prior to the ceremony
♦ Distribute bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
♦ Organization of the wedding party, making sure everyone is in place and ready for the ceremony
♦ Coordination of the couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit to adhere to the timeline
♦ Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are with the designated person and ready for the end of the night
